Elk Hunting

Full Guided or Semi Guided

 

     The differences between our full guided Deer & Elk hunts & our semi guided Deer & Elk hunts are only in the amount of services we provide to our clients. All our hunts are from the same camp on private land & the areas we hunt are the same, whether full guided or semi guided. We do not run full guided hunts and semi guided hunts at the same time. The normal size of our groups are 4 - 6 hunters in the archery hunts and 6 - 8 hunters in the rifle hunts.

     On our full guided deer & elk hunts the guide ratio is 2 hunters per 1 guide. We furnish everything except licenses, sleeping bags, personal gear, liquor or name brand soda pops. We field dress, quarter, skin & pack the game into camp. The meat processing, cooler & taxidermy fees are the responsibility of each individual hunter.

     On our semi guided deer & elk hunts, the guide ratio is 4 - 6 hunters per 1 guide in the archery hunts & 8 - 10 hunters per 1 or 2 guides in the rifle hunts. The hunters must furnish their own licenses, all the food and do their own cooking for themselves & their guides. Semi guided hunters must also furnish their own transportation during their hunt. The hunters must field dress their own game. We will still  quarter, skin & pack the game into camp. The meat processing, cooler & taxidermy fees are the responsibility of each individual hunter.
